Our weekend was a busy one. Firstly, we had company. My friend Matt, from Revelstoke was out for some cycling races, so he stayed with us. We also worked really hard this weekend getting the house finished up. The real estate agent comes on Wednesday!
Saturday Josh replaced the remaining outlets and light switches for white ones, took another load to storage and did a couple other things, while I worked hard to pack a few more boxes of things we wouldn't need or could live without for a little while, did about 4 loads of laundry and worked outside (swept/washed the deck, raked lawn, cleaned up all the flower beds). I also started tackling one of the remaining zones that need organizing.
I did, however, take a time out to take Paisley to the park. Such a nice day, we even had to sunscreen up (which she ended up with a rash from... so going to have to try another type).
She didn't want to wear her sunglasses this time:
She rode in the swing (no pics.. figured we have lots of those already), then I let her play in the gravel (until she started eating it).
Then we went and played on the grass. She's never sat on grass... we have a lousy lawn, and so I haven't taken her out there. She enjoyed ripping grass up and then watching it fall from her hand. And of course she wanted to share... she's a good sharer.
Sunday afternoon I worked outside again, and finished up the clean up in the gardens, and prepped the front step (putting down stone effects there... tore up some nasty carpet). I also washed all the windows. We then went to Home Depot to pick up a few supplies. Paisley rode in the car cart for the first time... and had a blast "driving"
It's not letting me upload the picture... so you can go to:

Have some more organizing in the master bedroom and craft room, a few paint touch ups around the house, flowers to plant in the flower beds, gotta put down the stone effects on the front step and some cats to find a temporary home for. Then we're done.

Wow! You were busy! All that hard work will be rewarded when the house sells.
