This morning our agent took us to see several houses. There was one we really quite liked. This afternoon she had an open house at our house, so we went and looked at some new built houses. And we found one we REALLY liked. So we will look more into it this week, and find out if it's feesible.
Our agent keeps telling us that our house is showing well... so we're hoping for an offer sometime soon.
This evening we had some friends and their son over for a bbq dinner, and got a chance to catch up with them a little.
All in all, it was a good day.
