I want to keep this quilt as a part of it, because it's her quilt from Grandma:
She has some nice built in display shelves in her room as well.

Hmmm... Not my real cup o' tea, but maybe pick up on some of the lesser colors of the quilt? Yellow or purple (light) walls, with accents or stripes of pink? Just a random thought.
I think an almost whimsical garden theme. I don't mean 'go crazy with tons of stuff on the walls' type of thing. I like James' suggestion, but add some flowers and insects :)
