She's such a sleepy head. I think she takes after her daddy.. she always takes a few minutes to wake up, and tries to burrow her head back under with her eyes closed, and thumb in.
Friday we met Adele and Raylee at Park Lake for a splash. It was a hot day, although cloudy. The kids had fun. We had a picnic, and played in the water. Although the girls were more interested in playing in the wagon.
For furniture.. we just need to load the couch, our bed, and a couple night tables. Still several boxes to pack and get in there as well. More than several... lots!
A couple weekends ago, while I was at a crafty get together in Olds, Paisley stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Schroeder. She had a play date arranged with some friends from Victoria (Lori, and her daughters Callista and Maleah).
Paisley had a hoot out on the farm with the girls. I picked her up from there on Sunday afternoon and got a few pictures.
The trampoline was one of Paisley's favorites:
Mrs. Snyder had also setup a play house under a tree. Paisley demonstrated her soup making skills:
Mr. Snyder took all the kids for a ride in the train (Grandma Schroeder got to go too)
Paisley has just about outgrown her Alien jacket (size 6-12 months), and I realized I never got a picture of her in it. I thought I had a better one than this... I might still, but Here's her in her cute coat (the eyes are floppy)
This was a few weeks ago. One Saturday morning when I sent Josh and Paisley to the coffeeshop, so I could shower and clean the house a bit.
I love crayons :) They're so colourful and childish! Paisley is loving crayons these days too.... but the washable variety... since she draws off the page regularly.
WE took Paisley to the zoo on Thursday. She did really good, didn't fuss at all, and seemed interested in some of the animals. We'll have to do it again when she's a little older.
