Blurfing
I would say that I spend probably AT LEAST 45 minutes blurfing (blog surfing) every day. Over the last few years my interests have changed and widened, and there are just so many talented individuals (and teams) out there. I love seeing other people's creations as well as getting ideas for some more of my own. I also check a few personal blogs, but mainly they are crafting related blogs.
I was thinking this morning (as I was catching up on my blog reading), that there are some blogs that I LOVE going to, and they are just full of so much inspiration, and thought I really need to share with you all.
So here are a few of my favorite crafting blog, you'll notice a lot of crossover in topics.... but I've tried to categorize them based on what they focus on:
Baking:
Bakerella (such amazing creations!!)
Cake Wrecks (Where cakes go disastrously wrong)
Confetti Cakes (Amazing cake creations)
Cupcakes Take The Cake (Everything cupcake... lots of recipes as well)
Sewing:
Sew Mamma, Sew (Free Fabric Fridays, as well as lots of other inspiration - also has it's own community full of avid and dabbling sewers)
Just Tutes (Tutorials by an amazing sewer - has a separate site where she sells her patterns)
You Go Girl (SAHM with great sewing skills)
Chickpea Studio (Beautiful creations and numerous tutorials)
The Long Thread (all about handcrafted items)
Crazy Mom Quilts (Quilting SAHM)
Sew Sensible (Patterns for girls by a SAHM)
Digital Scrapbooking (a lot of downloadable freebies on these sites)
A Work In Progress
Restored Elegance
DigiFree
Everything Else:
Simple (Website that does reviews of all sorts of products.. also lots of giveaways)
Craft Magazine (Links to many crafty tutorials)
WhipUp (Links to many crafty tutorials (some overlap with Craftzine)
Happy Bird's Crafting Haven (printable labels for all things homemade, and some recipes)
Craft Critique (review various crafting products)
Erin K Creations (started off papercrafting, has now become more passionate about sewing)
These are just a few of my favorites, I probably have a few hundred more that I visit regularly (gotta love having an RSS Feed reader). But thought I'd share a little of my internet life with you.
Other websites that are FANTASTIC for crafty inspiration:
Splitcoaststampers
Craftster
Have any crafty blogs you read? Would love to hear of others that you may love. Please let me know in the comments! :) Always looking for more blogs to blurf, or more sites to stalk.

New Background
I added a cute new background for Valentine's Day!
Still haven't plugged in Josh's camera from Christmas! We're horrible, I know!!
This coming weekend we're planning to lay the laminate (same as the living room) in our bedroom. SO this week I'm working on getting the room emptied. A very big task!
Also tomorrow (Thursday), I'm starting on my goals. I've got plans to scrapbook in the afternoon with a friend. I printed off my maternity pictures, and both the first and second month pictures of Paisley. So hopefully I can at least get a couple pages done.
I've been keeping very busy with projects around the house the last couple weeks, and will hopefully have something to show for it soon.
February I plan to start my monthly projects again. I have so many things planned, and that ensures I got them done.

Delayed posting
Sorry we haven't updated in a while. I have no clue where my camera is, so no pictures, and Josh hasn't connected his to his computer since we've been home. We've still got Christmas at the Yeomans' pictures to put on here.
But I figure it's time for at least a verbal update.
Paisley picked up lots of new tricks over the holidays, but especially the last week of it at the Yeomans. Some new things she's doing now are:
-puts one foot in front of the other when walked across the room
-can stand holding onto objects (for quite a long time, I think she did about 30 minutes one of the first times she did it)
-can pull herself to standing position
-can go to sitting position from laying down
-can crawl (but still does the army crawl more often - maybe it's easier for her to do on the laminate)
-waves hello, goodbye and goodnight
- and slept through the night! (well she's only done it 4 times now... but she's shown she CAN do it. So YAY!)
Anyway... my goal today is to find my camera, I took it out of my diaper bag before we went away for Christmas.... and not sure where I put it. More photo updates to come soon!
